Scope & Objective

Blends must be labeled for any of the major allergens that may be present: - Milk/dairy (if dairy powder included) - Wheat/gluten (if wheat flour included) - Soy (if soy lecithin or soy protein used) - Eggs (if egg powder used)

Note: Potato products themselves are allergen-free. Cross-contact allergens are managed through Hongji's dedicated blending facility allergen control program.
